what if I have to cancel my appointment?
I require a 48 hour cancellation notice for any cancellation or rescheduled appointment.
if you are unable to give 48 hours notice, you will be sent an invoice for 50% of your service and it will need to be paid before rebooking. no shows will be charged 100% of service. if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be rescheduled and also be charged 50% of your service.
